The Palm Treo 750 uses the Windows Mobile operating system and unlike other Treos, is built with a 300 mHz Samsung processor instead of a 312 mHz Intel. This smartphone uses the AT&T network and is also available in an unlocked GSM version. The color screen is 240 X 240. For expansion, only miniSD cards are supported.

| I bought this phone 2 weeks ago, and I can tell you that is awesome, my previus phone was a cingular 8125 (QTEK 9100) which is a very nice cellphone too but not as cute as this one, the only thing that is missing in this unit is the Wi-Fi, everything else is fine, very fast, comes with Windows Mobile 6 Pro so you won't need an update, the camera is 1.3MP which is quite good too.

| This is the best phone that I've ever owned hands down. I originally had a Moto Q and returned it after 5 days for the palm. The palm allows me to gain access to 4 email accounts as well as my microsoft Outlook account with frequent email updated daily. It has amazing storage capabilities as well, and can hold tons of media files.
I also keep my weekly calendar on this phone and have it synced with the calendar I use for my outlook account. This phone is perfect for any business professional. It's a real keeper. |

| This is still one of the best PDA / business cell phones on the market for two reasons: easy one handed/touch screen operations and the external antenna hookup...which allows for easy to use hands free car kit operations. Plus it charges the battery and boost signal strength all at the same time. Why can't other manufactures figure this out and produce more phones with the external antenna capacity?? |

| I've had this phone two years now and it is a workhorse for email, calendar, use of corporate web forms and on top of that its a great phone. The bluetooth works seamlessly with my hands free car kit. With Active Sync, all my contacts and calendar items syncronize with Outlook at work. Email is pushed instantaneously. AT&T service where I live is excellent, so that is not an issue.
I use the keypad very hard for email when out of the office. A virtual keypad like on the iPhone would never do. I've tried it and its not for me. After two years there are some keys that aren't as responsive, so I am now looking at the Treo Pro. I had a Treo 650 before this with the Palm OS, but after a while, I really got used to Windows Mobile. I later upgraded to WM 6.0 and everything works great. Oh, and Windows Media is fine to play MP3s. The blue coating on the phone is very comfortable. It almost feels like rubber. It hardly shows fingerprints and it doesn't slip out of your hand. This phone is pretty tough. It is nice that you can swap batteries in a snap. Battery life is less than the old 650 but far better than my coworkers who have iPhones. I can go a weekend without a charge under normal use. I would definately buy another, but now that the Pro is out, with Wi-Fi, I'll probably upgrade to that sometime this year. |

| I love the Palm 750. It is a great durable phone that works well in a 3G environment. Finding SD Ram in "Mini" format is still easy, but may require a bit of a challenge in vendor location, due to very few providers using "Mini" SD cards any longer. Kingston, a memory manufacturer, makes an adapted that fits the "Micro" SD card, which is now the standard for all 3 and 4 G phone. The Palm Treo 750 is a hardy phone and will take some abuse with a flexible stylus that stays in place. The phone could use a little better camera but does offers unlimited video sizing instead of the maximum 30 seconds some other phones limit you to.
The Palm Treo 750 does not require using the Palm interface software, although it is available through Palm store. In fact, the Palm Software store has a section for the unlocked Palm 750 which is great. Downside to the phone is that the screws will work themselves loose from time to time around the case, but that is a small fix, with a little hex head driver and just a quick check every few weeks will keep everything manufacturer tight. Keeping the phone' case helps the phones performance tremendously. Microsoft software Mobile 6.0 is good enough and interfaces with Google apps with only minor bugs. To summarize, I love this phone over the smeary touch screen phones. I suppose, for the price of this unlocked phone it is a great deal for the person who uses the windows office features to stay organized. Great primary or back up phone. Just let your provider know, if you switch back say from an android phone to your old trust worthy Palm750 Treo. |
