The Palm Treo 680 uses the Palm OS. This smartphone is offered by AT&T and is also available in an unlocked GSM version. The Treo 680 has 64 MB of storage and a 320 X 320 color display. | I have had three other Palm PDAs and like Palm's reliability. I opted to buy the Palm Treo 680 even though it was previous (2006) release because I wanted to use my Palm apps in a phone and my carrier is AT&T. I bought Palm Treo 680 unlocked and just inserted my AT&T SIM card. No muss, no fuss. Everything works just fine. I have been adding in old Palm apps and only had one minor crash. |

When you buy this phone, all you will get is the phone itself, battery, charger, and the wrong manual. "New" does not mean "full new package." The complete package (according to the Palm web site) also contains a headset, complete manual for the 680, and warranty card. This phone is cheaper because it does not contain those extra items.
I haven't been able to try the phone out yet, but it appears well-built. |
